A little bit about me.
Gateway to the West born and raised. Lately, a little lass scooting around the Big Apple. With over twenty years of experience guiding projects, platforms and personality types, I've been lucky enough to oversee a multitude of large-scale branding, web, messaging and campaign engagements for an array of clients across the globe, including Meta, Google, GoDaddy, Post Foods, Miller-Coors, Anheuser-Busch, Northeastern University, Edward Jones and more.
Many describe me as having a mind made for both the macro and the micro (with a little bit of magic mixed in for good measure) – building a vision for the future, while also understanding the people and processes needed to get there. My passion lies in helping teams find simple solutions to complex situations – all with a bit of spirit, personality and a can-do attitude!
My leadership style is often set by the tone of the team. Before you can lead you first have to listen. We each communicate and interpret information in uniquely distinct and wildly beautiful ways. By taking the time to learn and appreciate the individual processing modes of others, we are able to establish relationships that are grounded in trust.
The same approach extends to the clients I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with. When it comes to defining a brand’s communication strategy, understanding the hopes, dreams and desires of audiences is key. Insights unlock new ways to reassure, to excite and to innovate. But what’s more, insights are the key to connecting and starting conversations that are grounded in trust. Because at the end of the day, we all want to surround ourselves with positive experiences, and words have the power to provide real change.
